The conference will begin Friday evening*, October 25th, with a Welcome Reception and Keynote presentation at the elegant event space of the Portland Art Museum, located at the Mark Building, 1119 SW Park Avenue, in downtown Portland, Oregon. After receiving their registration materials, conference attendees will be treated to an exciting evening of networking with fellow animal advocates while enjoying plant-based appetizers and drinks.

All plenary sessions on Saturday, October 26th and concurrent sessions on Sunday, October 27th will also take place at the Portland Art Museum. Breakfast should be planned for on your own, but coffee and tea will be served before the sessions begin and snacks will be available during each break. A delicious, plant-based, catered lunch will be served on Saturday and is included with the registration fee.

Sunday, October 27th is a half day, with concurrent sessions in the Kridel Grand Ballroom and Suzanne Fields Ballroom. Coffee, tea, and snacks will be available again on Sunday and the conference will conclude just after 12:45 p.m.

*Note: the Animal Legal Defense Fund is hosting their third annual Student Convention on Friday, October 25th from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. at the Portland Art Museum.
