Conference Attendee Pricing
Early-bird Registration Pricing (through September 21, 2012):
Registration included the Friday evening reception, all panel sessions, meals at the conference, Saturday banquet dinner, and keynote addresses. Registrants were asked to indicate during registration whether they planned to attend the evening programs for headcount purposes. Please note: registration closed two days before the event or as soon as the conference is sold out.
- General Admission (including Attorneys) – $210
- Student (ID required) – $60
- Public Interest Employee, Newly Admitted Attorney (2011/2012) or Paralegal – $160
- Lewis & Clark Law School/College Staff or Student – $25 without Saturday banquet dinner or $50 with Saturday Banquet dinner
- Friday Reception Guest ticket – $35
- Saturday Banquet Dinner Guest ticket – $45
CLE credits for Oregon State (attorneys only) – $120
Late Registration Pricing (September 22 – October 17, 2012):
If space remained after September 21, 2012 all registration fees including CLE credits would have been increased by $20 with the exception of the following registration categories: Student, Lewis & Clark Law School/College Staff or Student, Friday Reception Guest, and Saturday Banquet Dinner Guest which would all have been increased by $5.
Conference Attendee Registration Cancellation Policy
A full refund of the registration fees (less a $15 processing fee) was available if registration was canceled by September 28, 2012. A 50% refund of the registration fees (less a $15 processing fee) was available if registration was canceled by October 5, 2012. We regret that no refund was available after October 5, 2012. Please note: no refunds are available after 120 days past the original transaction date (as credit card companies will not allow refunds after this time).
Live Webinar Registration
- Registration opened June 1, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time.
Webinar registrants received login details to enable them to view the conference panel sessions* and Saturday keynote address live from their personal computers. Registrants were also able to jump back and forth between panel segments as they wished during the webinar. The links to the segments were available exclusively for webinar viewers for 30 days after the conclusion of the event. After that date, the links were made available to the public free of charge.
In order to view the webinar or webcast sessions, participants must download Silverlight (for free) in advance for both PCs and Macs. Verify whether you already have Silverlight on your computer by clicking here. If you are able to view the linked webcast from the 2010 Animal Law Conference, you will also be able to view the live webinar or webcasts.
*NOTE: A minimal number of the sessions were not recorded at the request of the speakers and were, therefore, not available to webinar viewers (or webcast viewers after the event). The sessions that are NOT available are:
